Welcome to the GRETB Training Centre, Galway
We value our learners and can offer a wide variety of training programmes for people who wish to enter, re-enter or progress within the jobs market. We place a strong emphasis on developing skills that are easily transferred to the workplace and many of our courses lead directly to employment. Learners can avail of our Day, Evening, Saturday Courses, Traineeships, Contracted, and Apprenticeships. There is also a Student Support team which offers learners extra support in areas such as reading and comprehension. GRETB is funded by the Irish Government and the European Social Fund as part of the ESF Programme for Employability, Inclusion and Learning 2014-2020. Further Information: HERE
Day Courses
Day courses are designed to provide learners with a range of employability-related formal Vocational qualifications, to facilitate people entering the labour market for the first time as well as those wishing to update their skills and progress their careers.
Evening/Saturday Courses
Evening/Saturday courses are designed to give a flexible response to the specific skills needs of job ready individuals who require training interventions with certification to re-enter the labour market. Evening/Saturday courses are available to fee paying clients
